weights
first, when i went to the fitness center in the courage center, i told kevin that i received a phone call from my primary care doctor yesterday and she told me my results from my bone density test, then she said there were signs that i have osteoporosis. he said, "oh.. that's kinda weird for you to get it this early in life but i suppose that you might have got it because of the drastic change of your body activity because didn't you used to lift weights or something in high school and now you're in a wheelchair?" then i scrunched my face at him and said, "no." then he said, "well, thanks for telling me about this.. we'll start lifting weights today because that's a good thing to do for people who have osteoporosis and you seem to work enough on walking enough at home." so we lifted weights and i worked on the chest press and something with my legs pressing weights also. then, when i was coming home from the courage center, the airport taxi driver was driving me home and he was driving up to the parking lot of my apartment and since the parking lot wasn't plowed, there was a little snow bank gathering in the parking lot where cars drive in. then the driver stops the car with me in it before he drives into the parking lot and then asks me, "i stop here.. then can you walk from here?" then i said to him, "uh.. if i get hurt then- TRUST ME i WILL be SUING THIS TRANSPORTATION COMPANY." then the driver said, "what?" then i said, "yeah." then he put his foot on the gas and gunned it into the parking lot. then he let me out of the van, i'm not sure if he even got outta the parking lot, i don't give a shit.
